Welcome to EDIXMLOnline, an on-demand EDI web service for .NET and Java developers
to easily and productively,
write EDI applications (translate, generate & validate) through generated classes. EDIXMLOnline also enables the developer to write applications
that convert EDI to XML format.
Because the EDIXMLOnline service is a web service it
can technically be consumed
by other programming languages that facilitates development with SOAP based web
services e.g. PHP, Ruby, Perl & C++.
To start using EDIXMLOnline is easy and takes only a few steps
- Register with the service
- Upload a SEF file
- Generate a corresponding WSDL file
- Include the generated WSDL into your project
- Include the WSDL of the service into your project
- Start programming to the object class generated from the included WSDL definition (as is
the case in Netbeans (for Java) and VS.NET (for .NET))
